Nancy and I are seeing U2 in concert next Wednesday in Vancouver! Some might say it will be the best concert ever.....

Without question U2 1997 PopMart tour at Wembley was their peak. Any real U2 fan knows that. Did you go?
I considered it and was even offered free tickets, however I was afraid that I would be disappointed again that although great they just weren't as good as "The Concert". I suppose you just had to be there!!! I pity those who were not!!!!
On a separate note...some of us have now done 2 couch to 5k's and set up mini me and I still not showing on the blog. Scott let me on!!!! We skyped it to you!

Stop! U2 were SO not at their peak in the early nineties. This concert is going to be (wait for it).... AWESOME! Especially as Nancy got us free VIP tickets through doing a great job at her work.

Theres only one Bill Murray, his birth name is Ross. It all went down hill after he fell asleep next to a giant coke can!!!
We all know that the latest album has received poor reviews from even die hard fans. So you will be waiting for the good old tracks which were fresh and at there peak back in Wembley. Basically VIP U2 now is like going to the cinema with delux tickets to see magnolia.
even if we only enjoy five of their songs on the night, the corporate hospitality - fantastic seats, free drinks & food, will surely make up for their recent album limitations....
