We are off to San Diego in the morning for four days of relaxation and sunshine. Plus its Canada Day tomorrow as well - my second Canada Day and even the Queen is in the country this year!

Hey guys I think this is the only forum to tell all of you at once. Due to my lack of organisation I have left it a little late to book flights and the cost has become prohibitive. Sorry to let you down but there's not going to be any T time in august.
I am sorry to hear that. I guess this means that we have an official loser of the weight-loss & 10K challenges. Surely absence = defeat.
Actually it means I have done an official run and I did 10k in a Shears time of 2 mins and I have lost 9 stone. I now weigh 2 stone!!!! So I win... You guys lose.
i wonder how t time will look in a pink tutu on youtube.
